From *Kelzky - a moderator

I signed back into this club on a whim as I had other things to get on with in my busy life lol
I have found that nothing has been done on this club ever since I last signed on in November last year. So one day soon i'm going to take it upon myself to take over as owner. I can't right now as I've got university exams coming up >.<

What I would appreciate is anyone that wants to be a dedicated moderator then could you send me a personal note to: *Kelzky

- you need to be dedicated and sign into the club as often as possible to deal with new requests and such.

- you need to deal with comments in a non-personal manner so that the replies can be consistent (but smileys are good )

- not necessary but would be useful if you were an avatar maker as well.

- I would also like you to write in your note why you would be a good moderator.

- If selected then you recieve a note of rules and a guide to how the society works and the password of course!

I will select 5 moderators from all that send me a note within the next month. Please help to keep this club alive!

R E Q U E S T I N G

If you want to request, its best if you *NOTE* us with the details ^_^ we will try and keep true to the descript. You should include things like:

- Theme
- Size: 50x50 DA one? or 100x100, etc...
- Requested from Artist (You choose a specific artist to create your avatar. If you do not specify, then you leave it to any of the members to complete your avatar.)
- What do you want on it.. what colour, borders?
- Animated or Non-animated...
- And what the layout should be.. Say if you like a certain avvie, then link it to us, and we'll try to lay it out the way you like.
- Fonts used~ ^____^
- Deadline. We need to know when it should be done by. Mininum deadline is 4 days please, we are not superheroes~
Its probably better if you link it to an image already drawn.. or something like that, Its pretty hard to draw pictures from scratch.

Now requesting does take a while to complete, but we will try to get things done as fast as possible.. ^_^ I guess we can't really guarantee a date for each avatar, some might be harder to make than others. But, we will try~!

Right we have notes and comments everywhere so I thouhgt it'd be good for everyone to have some clear details on taking a request.

- If you wish to take on a request then look at the OPEN.AVATAR.REQUESTS
- If you can, try to take avatars at the top of the list as these are the deviants that have been waiting the longest
- Once you have chosen an avatar to make please note the society so we can update the journal
- It would also be nice to send a note to the deviant that requested the avatar to let them know that their request is in progress
- Once you have completed the avatar 1. Note the society so we can post up your avatar 2. Note the deviant that requested the avatar to tell them that their avatar is completed
